We delivered a large-scale battery energy storage system to Vraňany for the Decci Group, consisting of 8 GAZ ENERGY battery containers with a total output of 20 MW and a capacity of 40 MWh, strengthening the flexibility and stability of the Czech power grid.
When selecting the technology, safety, reliability, and local technical support played a key role — values on which we build every solution we deliver.
The BESS Vraňany project is designed with future utilization of surplus renewable energy in mind. Decci is not only building new energy sources but also creating technical infrastructure for shared grid connections, significantly reducing fixed connection costs. GAZ ENERGY technology then enables these savings to be fully leveraged and further optimizes system operation.
We thank the Decci Group for their trust and cooperation on a project that helps prepare the energy sector for the future.
